About GenieDataFlow and Priya Shah

Person working on a laptop at a bright desk

GenieDataFlow is an independent author blog about automating work inside Microsoft Teams. It is not a product company, not a license reseller, and not a Microsoft partner page. I publish tutorials and field notes so a team lead, an IT admin, or a power user can copy a pattern without sitting through a sales call.

Portrait of Priya Shah

Priya Shah

Priya has spent the last several years helping teams cut busywork out of Microsoft Teams with automation, bots, and smart workflows. She works with Power Automate, incoming webhooks, adaptive cards, and the Copilot features tenants already pay for and then forget to configure. The writing stays practical: a trigger, an action, a failure mode, and what she would do differently the second time.

The blog is based in Denver, Colorado. Notes and corrections go to [email protected] or (720) 555-0198, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time. The office address is 1550 Market St, Suite 300, Denver, CO 80202.

Guest essays

Most pieces are signed by Priya. A few are guest posts by Marcus Webb, who writes about notification design, webhooks, and the keyboard habits people skip. Guest bylines are labeled on the essay. They are still independent commentary, not vendor announcements.

What this site will not do

You will not find license quotes, implementation retainers, or a “book a demo” button here. If a sentence sounds like GenieDataFlow speaks for Microsoft, that sentence is a mistake. Product names are used so the tutorials are findable. The disclaimer in the footer, and the longer note on the disclaimer page, is the relationship: none, beyond reading the same public documentation you can read.
